Born in Munich, Germany and raised in Austria, Switzerland and France before he moved to Los Angeles and New York City in 1992. His main focus then was international co-productions in movie finance, deal negotiations and producing. After leaving the movie industry he co-founded a successful interior design company that took him around the world for the past 15 years. If there was ever a poster child for the Italian saying “Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication,” Andreas Elsenhans is it. His modern yet classic European style and persona is timeless, intelligent, hysterical and warm leaving you with an impression you will never forget. His love and enthusiasm for interior design and architecture lead him into selling luxury real estate. He handpicked the Aaron Kirman team for his history of success over the last 20 years. He was convinced that being a part of this team would be the best way to get his feet wet in this industry as a rookie. No better way than to learn from one of the industry’s best.
Andreas embodies what it means to do what you love and is not afraid of hard work. His secret is to enjoy every moment of his life as if it is a celebration. He intends to be one of Los Angeles most accomplished luxury residential real estate agents. He is committed to making his clients a top priority and providing a genuine European sense of service and style unlike what he has experienced in the industry so far. Andreas provides an incomparable level of service by listening to his client’s needs and concerns by incorporating them effectively for true success. He provides expert guidance, personalized solutions and masterfully negotiates the most profitable transactions. Always standing behind his reputation, Andreas doesn’t forget even the smallest details to ensure his clients satisfaction. Growing up in his father’s hotel businesses he learned that above all service is the key to success and longevity. He stands by the famous quote by Maya Angelou “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will not forget how you made them feel.”
Andreas resided in Beverly Hills, CA, and in his spare time he enjoys golfing, fine dining, horseback riding, water skiing, jet skiing, the opera, modern art, European history and luxury traveling [he doesn’t do camping, tents or mobile homes]. He definitely has a sense of humor.
