In Arvin’s first year as a Broker, he sold close to $50 million dollars in real estate, which set a record at his brokerage, The John Aaroe Group and he never looked back. Since then, Arvin has been instrumental in raising the median home sales price in every neighborhood that he sells in, including records in Sunset Plaza, West Hollywood, and Mt. Olympus. His knowledge of the local market trends and luxury off-market property inventory, coupled with aggressive negotiating techniques and stellar networking skills, has allowed him to quickly rise to the leading Senior Partner of Aaron Kirman Partners.
Raised in the Silicon Valley, to a family in the construction industry, Arvin not only brings his extensive network of tech industry moguls to the Beverly Hills market, but also his vast knowledge and creative imagination to unlock the hidden potential of a property. Arvin believes that a great real estate transaction is centrally built not only upon the experience and strategy of how to get a transaction done, but also upon the strength and quality of the relationship between the client and broker.
